Customer Support & Ticket Management System

Gradual expansion of information services market has created much demand for customer service, which we meet with offer of prophylactic services and maintenance actions in case of incidents for our customers. Customer service is operating via Ticket Management System. Life cycle of each ticket begins by receiving customer request.

Effectivity of system management is dependable on various factors, such as precise information formulation in particular ticket, ticket type and error severity and complexity. Each customer has its own account enabling him to login and register the request with information necessary for its processing – information could be composed of text only, appended images, list, screenshot or reference.

Request does not have an official template to follow. After filling in and submitting, ticket is visible in list. As soon as technician acknowledges the ticket, client is notified of request being handled. Occasionally, ticket is sent back to customer to receive additional information. After summoning all necessary information, the request is processed further.

Technical and system support is conducted based on contractual relation. The intent of service contract is to provide customer support of operations by defining its scope, reaction time and for set period of time.
