At the beginning of June, two seminars on the topic of Cyber Security of Companies were held. The first event took place in Žilina, on 6.6.2022. Subsequently, a day later, the event moved to Prešov, where the program was similar, but the participants took turns. The seminar was aimed at company managers, employees responsible for cyber security companies, IT specialists and administrators.

The event was organized by the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SOPK), which requested assistance from the Association of the Security and Defense Industry of the Slovak Republic (ZBOP). Our company was represented by a security specialist, Mr. Ladislav Martinček. He spoke about the necessary legal requirements in the field of Cyber Security, and also lectured on ways to secure information systems.

 

 

The seminar provided methodological assistance in the implementation of the cyber security management system of legal entities, talked about the creation of security documentation resulting from the legislation, as well as the form of security management of operating information systems. Practical security solutions were also presented during the morning.

We thank everyone who managed to organize the seminar and we believe that the participants gained a lot of knowledge that they will use in practice.
