PBS - Physical and Building Security Department
Among primary activities of Physical and Building Security department belongs the creation of protected buildings and protected areas for manipulation with, and storage of, secret information in accordance with Act No.336/2004 on physical and building security.
Creation of a protected area consists of the following stages:

Creation of a protected area consists of the following stages:
- visual inspection and analysis of the building,
- elaboration of a preliminary estimate of price,
- elaboration of a project on planning permission,
- elaboration of a realisation project,
- delivery and installation,
- training the user.
- Design activities – the product covers design and engineering activities during the creation of protected areas and buildings. The procedure consists of the following stages:
- providing design preparation for planning permission proceedings (elaboration of project documentation, elaboration of the application for planning permission proceedings commencement, elaboration of the application for issuing permits necessary for building realisation),
- finalising the project for building realisation (elaboration of conditions of competition for the investor, finalising the project for realisation, description of works, bill of quantities, control budget),
- providing contractual relationships for building realisation (cooperation with the investor in the competition evaluation, creating a time schedule),
- works connected with building realisation (performance of professional author's supervision, elaboration of the actual building realisation for building inspection proceedings),
- post-building works (cooperation in obtaining the building inspection decrees).
- Project realisation – as a part of project realisation we offer:
- realisation of technical safety appliances,
- realisation of mechanical safety appliances.
The product provides a complete delivery, installation and configuration of the equipment. The product also includes building modifications in the extent of small buildings.
- Service and support – the product allows the customer by means of a contract to enter into agreement on providing support and service. This agreement brings the customer the following benefits:
- simplified solution of contingency technical problems,
- fulfilling the legal requirements for revisions and inspections,
- regular inspections and tests of equipment, which have a significant effect on reliability of these systems,
- providing support in case of something is unclear in operation, additional training.
